1. Overview
1.1 MarketGrid connects clients with verified freelancers through our website and Discord server.
1.2 By using MarketGrid, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all server rules.
1.3 MarketGrid may update these terms at any time.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be 13 years or older.
2.2 You must have a valid Discord account.
2.3 You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and all MarketGrid rules.
2.4 Users who do not meet these requirements may be removed from the platform.
3. Communication Rules
3.1 All commissions must stay inside the official MarketGrid ticket system.
3.2 Direct Messages (DMs) between clients and freelancers are not allowed.
3.3 All discussions, agreements, and deliveries must occur inside the ticket.
3.4 MarketGrid does not protect or moderate commissions handled in DMs.
3.5 Breaking this rule may result in removal from the platform.
4. Reviews
4.1 Reviews are submitted through the MarketGrid Discord bot.
4.2 Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
4.3 Reviews must remain respectful and appropriate.
4.4 Fake, spam, or abusive reviews will be removed.
4.5 One review per freelancer is allowed unless updated after a new commission.
4.6 Admins may edit or remove reviews if necessary.
5. Portfolios
5.1 Freelancers may create portfolios through the approved MarketGrid system.
5.2 Information must be accurate and truthful.
5.3 Uploaded work must be original or properly credited.
5.4 Content must follow all server rules.
5.5 MarketGrid may display portfolios publicly.
5.6 MarketGrid may edit, hide, or remove portfolios that violate rules.
6. Payments & Pricing
6.1 MarketGrid does not handle payments unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Clients and freelancers are responsible for the delivery and completion of work.
6.3 MarketGrid is not responsible for failed commissions.
6.4 Payments must be made on a verified platform such as PayPal, Ko-fi, Cash App, or similar.
6.5 Payments must follow the 50/50 rule:
- 50% before work begins.
- 50% after work is completed.
6.6 All work must be delivered inside the ticket system, unless staff approves otherwise.
6.7 Commissions handled outside the platform are not protected.
7. Prohibited Actions
7.1 Impersonating clients, freelancers, or staff.
7.2 Uploading stolen, harmful, or inappropriate content.
7.3 Bypassing the ticket or verification systems.
7.4 Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
7.5 Spamming or manipulating the review system.
7.6 Exploiting bugs or platform vulnerabilities.
7.7 Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or bans.
8. Ownership
8.1 Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless the client requests full ownership.
8.2 By uploading content to MarketGrid, you grant permission for MarketGrid to display the work with proper credit.
8.3 MarketGrid does not claim ownership of freelancer creations.
9. Admin Authority
9.1 Admins may edit or remove content that violates rules.
9.2 Admins may restrict, suspend, or ban users.
9.3 Admins may update systems, policies, or platform features.
9.4 Admin decisions are final.
10. Liability
MarketGrid is not responsible for:
10.1 Lost or corrupted files.
10.2 Payment issues between users.
10.3 Miscommunication between clients and freelancers.
10.4 Damages caused by user actions.
10.5 Platform downtime or technical problems.
11. Acknowledgment
11.1 You must read and understand these Terms of Service before signing up as a freelancer or opening an order.

1. General Conduct
1.1 Use common sense at all times.
1.2 Follow all MarketGrid rules, Discord ToS, and community guidelines.
1.3 Respect all users, staff, and freelancers.
2. Spamming
2.1 Do not spam messages, emojis, pings, reactions, or media.
2.2 Excessive or repeated posting is not allowed in any channel.
2.3 Violations may result in warnings or restrictions.
3. NSFW Content
3.1 Posting NSFW content is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Discussing NSFW topics is also prohibited.
3.3 Any NSFW violation results in a permanent ban.
4. Racism & Discrimination
4.1 Slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language are not allowed.
4.2 This applies to both text and voice channels.
4.3 Violations result in a permanent ban.
5. Doxxing
5.1 Sharing personal information such as names, addresses, photos, etc. is forbidden.
5.2 This rule applies inside and outside the server.
5.3 "Jokes" about doxxing are treated as real threats.
5.4 Violations result in a permanent ban.
6. Advertising
6.1 Advertising is not allowed anywhere in the server.
6.2 This includes DMs, voice chats, and external servers.
6.3 Violations may result in warnings or bans.
7. Self-Harm / Suicide Encouragement
7.1 Encouraging self-harm or suicide is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Any violation results in a permanent ban.
8. Abusing Bugs or Systems
8.1 Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or system weaknesses is not allowed.
8.2 Attempting to bypass systems such as tickets, verification, etc. is prohibited.
8.3 Violations may result in a blacklist or permanent ban.
9. AI Usage & Stolen Work
9.1 Using AI to generate work for commissions is not allowed.
9.2 Uploading stolen, traced, or uncredited work is prohibited.
9.3 Violations result in immediate removal from the freelancing team.
9.4 Offenders may also be blacklisted or banned.
10. Compliance
10.1 Following the MarketGrid Terms of Service is mandatory.
10.2 Users who violate the TOS or rules may be restricted or removed.
10.3 Staff decisions are final.
11. Ping Notice
11.1 Server-wide announcements may ping @everyone when necessary.
